After a disgusting loss to the New York Giants, the Cowboys head into Monday Night next week against the Carolina Panthers. Looking to get back on track, the 'boys will be gunning for their first win at the new stadium.
It was nauseating enough that Keith Olbermann did the pre-game show and the half time highlights only to have the game completely ruined on a last second field goal by Lawrence Tynes. Add more misery to that considering that Romo threw for three TDs, unfortunately two of them were scored by the Giants. And, with no Jessica Simpson to distract him, Romo still threw for a total of three interceptions.
As for last week's picks, I should have picked them out of a hat. How can anyone have ever expected that Houston, Cincinatti, Chicago and the Jets would have won?
Rachelle Friberg's San Diego Chargers couldn't beat Baltimore despite Rivers throwing going 25-45 for 436 yards.
So no Olbermann next week. Instead, the Cowboys will play on Monday night, when ESPN opens the coverage with the much more palatable and suitable Hank Williams, JR.
